CC 1.2.0 - Smooth Cam, Seed Database and Automatic Updates

We've added some new features to the game:
- Smooth Cam: when you move on the map, the camera will smoothly follow the character.
- Seed Database: when it takes too long to generate a map, the world generator will look up our online seed database with known good seeds for the map you want te generate. This database is constantly updated with new seeds.
- Automatic Updates: the game now includes an update installer for desktop. If an update is available, you'll have the option to let the updater download and install the new version for you.
- Updated local game mode protocol: the joining process for multiplayer games on the local network is enhanced. You don't need to select if you want to be the host, it is done for you.
- Some general bug fixes
